Atena designs primary and secondary structural components along the entire
development process chain.
Experienced engineers work out concepts for structural components of
a classic metal or fibre composite (monolithic or sandwich designs) construction
or hybrid structures.
As the project progresses, Atena designs and details such components
until the finished design documentation will be released. In addition,
Atena compiles necessary parts lists and provides configuration information.
Advanced systems facilitate permanent exchange of CAD data and other
relevant information between Atena and the customer. In every phase of
the project, communication with all partners involved – as regards interfaces
or with Manufacturing – is guaranteed. Thus Atena’s experts are able to
offer customer support both on-site and off-site from their local branch
offices.
In aerospace, Atena renders support services for manufacturing their own and third-party designs. Since these services demand a great deal of flexibility and require our employees to be integrated into the customers’ processes, our teams generally work on-site with the customer. On the other hand, Atena aerospace has also implemented back office solutions requiring less presence at the customer’s premises. In such a case, major problems can be solved by in-house teams.
