Although modern simulation calculations are very accurate and reliable,
hardware testing is indispensable. Deviations between the part and the
CAD model, production tolerances, unpredictable environmental conditions
and the interaction of the various modules require comprehensive test
runs and the definition of necessary adjustments (applications).
Atena’s experienced test engineers are able to identify weak spots of
individual test and development parts at an early stage and know how to
remove them. Our portfolio includes testing of all mechanical, hydraulic
and electronic components – from simple parts durability tests through
validation of oil circuit and fuel system to piezo-controlled injection
systems and control units. In addition, Atena’s qualified engineers support
the test process by providing a comprehensive fault analysis and the necessary
quality awareness.
