Qualification
Atena supports its customers in the qualification and documentation processes for systems and equipment, creates documents - from system specifications through qualification planning - and conducts failure analyses according to FMEA/FMECA and/or fault tree methods for systems and subsystems.
Quality Management and Quality Assurance
The competency team in the quality department renders valuable contributions to assuring high quality standards at the customer’s site. For Atena, operative quality control in product development and manufacturing stands for systematic risk and problem management to ensure high quality standards. The portfolio is completed by process management and the introduction of new methods and standards especially as far as improvement processes are concerned.
Project Engineering
Experienced project managers support Atena’s customers by rendering project management services and joining interdisciplinary project teams – especially in the fields of cost controlling, scheduling and technical project implementation.
Atena’s project engineers are involved in all phases of the product development process, i.e. from strategic planning to rendering support services for series production manufacturing.
Quality Management and Quality Assurance
As a systems supplier, Atena also provides support services for the optimization of manufacturing processes and costs as well as trouble shooting assistance in day-to-day production. The support services are completed by specialized knowledge in materials engineering such as coatings and new alloys. Test engineering comprises overall support services ranging from specification through implementation to the evaluation of tests. It
also includes coordination with the relevant technical disciplines from the design and
analysis departments as well as identification of solutions in connection with specific test
requirements.
